Orochem Silica is the manufacturer and supplier of Orosil chromatography-grade silica gel. We are a full manufacturing company, so technical questions are answered by people who make the material.
We aim to reply to sales, technical and order enquiries within one business day, Monday to Friday.
What to include in your message
- Order questions: your order number, for example ORO-1001.
- Technical questions: the grade and pack size you are using, your application (gravity column, flash, preparative) and your solvent system.
- Documentation requests: the SKU and the lot number printed on the container, so we can send the matching Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
- Bulk and contract enquiries: the volume you need per shipment or per year and your delivery state, so we can freight-rate a quotation.
Returns
Please do not ship material back to us before you have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Email us first - the full process is set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
